Mouse Anti-HPSE Recombinant Antibody (clone A54)

The mAb is a potent, neutralizing IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting human heparanase (HPSE), the primary enzyme responsible for heparan sulfate degradation in the extracellular matrix. By binding adjacent to the HBDII domain, it exerts steric occlusion of the active site, effectively inhibiting enzymatic activity, cellular uptake, and pro-tumorigenic signaling.
