This is a potent, human-derived neutralizing monoclonal antibody targeting the Glycoprotein B (gB) of Herpes Simplex Virus 1 (HSV-1). Structurally validated by cryo-EM, it recognizes a conserved glycan-dependent epitope that straddles the 432-440 loop.
