Mouse Anti-HTRA2 Recombinant Antibody (HT85)

The anti-HTRA2 recombinant antibody (HT85) reacts with human, mouse and rat HTRA2. HTRA2 (OMI) is a mitochondrial protease that, upon release into the cytosol during apoptosis, acts as an IAP (Inhibitor of Apoptosis Protein) antagonist. It cleaves and inactivates XIAP. HTRA2 signaling is essential for mitochondrial quality control; mutations are associated with Parkinson's disease due to the accumulation of damaged mitochondria. The anti-HTRA2 antibody (HT85) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
