This product is a hexameric mouse anti-HYOU1 antibody with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. The IgG1 antibody targeting human HYOU1 has been engineered with hexamerization-enhancing mutations, which facilitate hexamer formation, thereby optimizing C1q binding and boosting CDC efficacy.
