Human Anti-HYOU1 Recombinant Antibody Hexamer (VS-0924-YC132), CDC Enhanced (CAT#: VS-0924-YC132)
The product is a human anti-HYOU1 antibody hexamer with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets human HYOU1 and includes hexamerization-enhancing mutations. These mutations promote the formation of hexamers, which mediate optimal C1q binding and enhance CDC.
