Human Anti-IDH2 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2Q1) (CAT#: VS-0724-YC13)
The antibody targets the tumor-specific isocitrate dehydrogenase 2 (IDH2) presented on the cell surface in complex with a common human leukocyte antigen allele, HLA-B*07:02. The specificity of clone 2Q1 was further assessed by surface plasmon resonance (SPR). At high concentrations, there was detectable binding of clone 2Q1 to IDH2WT-HLA-B*07:02 with a calculated KD> 800 nM. In contrast, clone 2Q1 bound more tightly to IDH2R140Q-HLA-B*07:02 with a KD of 44 nM.
