Rabbit Anti-IGHG1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R29-3R-6)

Clone R29-3R-6 is a rabbit IgG recombinant monoclonal antibody that demonstrates specificity in binding to human IGHG1. Western blot demonstrated that R29-3R-6 recognized a target protein with a molecular weight of 44 kDa.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R29-3R-6 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000).
