Mouse Anti-IRAG2 Recombinant Antibody (IR616)

The anti-IRAG2 recombinant antibody (IR616) reacts with human IRAG2. IRAG2, also known as Jaw1, is an endoplasmic reticulum (ER) resident type II integral membrane protein characterized by a C-terminal coiled-coil domain. It functions as a specialized regulator of intracellular calcium homeostasis by associating with InsP3 receptors (InsP3Rs). In signaling, IRAG2 modulates the sensitivity of calcium release from ER stores, particularly in B-cells and taste bud cells. It also plays a structural role in the organization of the ER-Golgi interface and is involved in the processing and presentation of MHC class I-restricted antigens, linking calcium dynamics to immune surveillance. The anti-IRAG2 antibody (IR616) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
