CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-IRS2 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC597) (CAT#: VS13-YC597)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-IRS2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat IRS2. IRS2, encoding the insulin receptor substrate 2, acts as a cytoplasmic signaling molecule in insulin and cytokine pathways. It serves as an adaptor for receptor tyrosine kinases and multiple downstream effectors, with its product phosphorylated upon insulin receptor stimulation and in response to IL4 treatment by an interleukin 4 receptor-associated kinase. The anti-IRS2 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
