The Rabbit Anti-KCNJ2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat KCNJ2. KCNJ2 encodes an inward-rectifier potassium channel essential for physiological responses, allowing potassium influx into cells, modulating neuronal and muscle tissue excitability, with mutations causing Andersen syndrome characterized by paralysis, arrhythmias, and dysmorphia. The anti-KCNJ2 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
