Clone R05-4D6 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that is designed to target human KDM2A. We recommend antibody dilution: western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). Western blot demonstrated that R05-4D6 recognized a target protein with a molecular weight of 133 kDa.

Associates with centromeres and represses transcription of small non-coding RNAs that are encoded by the clusters of satellite repeats at the centromere.
