The anti-KHDRBS2 recombinant antibody (KH731) reacts with human and murine KHDRBS2. KHDRBS2 (SLM-1) is an RNA-binding protein involved in the regulation of alternative splicing and mRNA processing. It is primarily expressed in the brain. KHDRBS2 signaling coordinates the splicing of genes involved in synaptic function and has been implicated in neurodevelopmental disorders and the progression of certain gliomas. The anti-KHDRBS2 antibody (KH731) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
