Mouse Anti-KRT9 Recombinant Antibody (KR424)

The anti-KRT9 recombinant antibody (KR424) reacts with human, mouse and rat KRT9. KRT9 is a type I keratin expressed specifically in the terminally differentiated cells of the "palmoplantar" epidermis (soles and palms). It provides specialized mechanical protection to high-friction areas. Mutations in KRT9 cause Epidermolytic Palmoplantar Keratoderma, leading to localized skin thickening and cracking. The anti-KRT9 antibody (KR424) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
