The R01-1H2 recombinant monoclonal antibody firmly attaches to human LGI1. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IP. The LGI1 antibody is recommended for detection of target protein by western blot analysis of Lgi1/EPT in mouse brain, rat brain lysates and western blot analysis of Lgi1/EPT in Hela, A549 lysates.
