Mouse Anti-LSP1 Recombinant Antibody (LS413)

The anti-LSP1 recombinant antibody (LS413) reacts with human LSP1. LSP1 is an intracellular F-actin binding protein expressed in all leukocytes and endothelial cells. It regulates leukocyte transendothelial migration and chemotaxis. LSP1 signaling coordinates the contraction of the endothelial cytoskeleton during inflammation, facilitating the passage of neutrophils and lymphocytes into the tissue. The anti-LSP1 antibody (LS413) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
