Rabbit Anti-MAP2K2 Recombinant Antibody (clone R05-2G7)
CAT#: VS3-FY2033
Clone R05-2G7 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that is able to identify human MAP2K2. It cross-reacts with mouse. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. We confirm the QC result of the antibody by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). This MEK2 antibody was verified by western blot analysis of MEK2 in mouse brain, mouse lung lysates and western blot analysis of MEK2 in Hela, A549 lysates.

- MAPKK is itself dependent on Ser/Thr phosphorylation for activity catalyzed by MAP kinase kinase kinases (RAF or MEKK1).
Phosphorylated by MAP2K1/MEK1 ().
(P36507-MP2K2_HUMAN)
(Microbial infection) Acetylation of Ser-222 and Ser-226 by Yersinia YopJ prevents phosphorylation and activation, thus blocking the MAPK signaling pathway. (P36507-MP2K2_HUMAN)
Ubiquitination at Lys88 (NX_P36507 [NX_P36507-1])
Modification sites at PhosphoSitePlus (P36507)
Glycosylation from GlyGen (P36507) 5 sites, 1 O-linked glycan (5 sites)
