The Rabbit Anti-MAP2K2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat MAP2K2. MAP2K2, a kinase family member, phosphorylates MAPK1/ERK2 and MAPK2/ERK3, involved in signal transduction and syndromes like cardiofaciocutaneous with features like heart defects and cognitive disability. The anti-MAP2K2 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50), Immunofluorescence (1/50), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/200).
