Mouse Anti-MAST4 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1140)

This product is an anti-MAST4 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human MAST4. MAST4 is a large kinase that associates with the cytoskeleton and PDZ-domain proteins. It is essential for the maintenance of the spermatogonial stem cell pool. MAST4 signaling modulates the FGF pathway to regulate stem cell self-renewal; its loss leads to germ cell exhaustion and male infertility. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC63 and VS-0326-YC64, directed against MAST4 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
