Rabbit Anti-MED4 Recombinant Antibody (clone R66-4T-6) (CAT#: VS3-FY2142)
Clone R66-4T-6 is a rabbit recombinant antibody that was developed to identify human MED4 protein, a calculated weight of 30 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R66-4T-6 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution range 1:100-1:200), immunofluorescence (dilution range 1:50-1:200).

- Function
- Component of the Mediator complex, a coactivator involved in the regulated transcription of nearly all RNA polymerase II-dependent genes. Mediator functions as a bridge to convey information from gene-specific regulatory proteins to the basal RNA polymerase II transcription machinery.
