Rabbit Anti-MLKL Recombinant Antibody (clone R05-3H2)

This antibody is a recombinant rabbit antibody against MLKL (Mixed lineage kinase domain like pseudokinase), which plays a key role in TNF-induced necroptosis, a programmed cell death process. It specifically reacts with human and mouse MLKL. It has been reported for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin is 1/500-1/1000 and 1/50-1/100, respectively.
