Detects Citrullinated Proteins
Clone C4 is unique because it recognizes modified citrulline residues regardless of the neighboring amino acid sequence. We used it in Western Blot at 1 µg/ml and it successfully detected proteins modified by PADs in our samples.

High Specificity In ELISA
We employed this human recombinant antibody in ELISA to screen for citrulline-containing peptides modified with 2,3-butanedione monoxime and antipyrine. It showed excellent specificity and low background. It is an essential reagent for our study of protein deimination.
