Neisseria meningitidis serogroup b fhbp fusion protein antigen is an antigen composed of a Factor H binding protein (fHbp) fragment from Neisseria meningitidis serogroup b bacteria, used in meningococcal vaccines. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-N. meningitidis fhbp Antibody (VS-1224-YC1742) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against N. meningitidis fhbp. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Neisseria meningitidis serogroup b fhbp fusion protein antigen. The anti-N. meningitidis fhbp antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the N. meningitidis fhbp in samples.
