Designed for high-performance research in rodent models, this AI-derived mAb exhibits exceptional binding profiles for mouse and rat N4bp1. N4BP1 (NEDD4 Binding Protein 1) is a multifunctional adaptor and negative regulator of the NF-kappaB and TLR signaling pathways. It functions primarily as a "molecular brake" on the inflammatory response by binding to and inhibiting the deubiquitinase A20 and by directly degrading specific mRNAs. Through its C-terminal KH and NYN domains, N4BP1 exhibits potent ribonuclease (RNase) activity, targeting pro-inflammatory cytokine transcripts for degradation to ensure the timely resolution of immune activation.
