Mouse Anti-NDEL1 Recombinant Antibody (ND955)

The anti-NDEL1 recombinant antibody (ND955) reacts with human, mouse and rat NDEL1. NDEL1 is a scaffold protein that regulates the molecular motor Dynein and the microtubule-stabilizing protein LIS1. It is essential for neuronal migration and the organization of the centrosome. NDEL1 signaling coordinates the movement of the nucleus and organelles during brain development; its disruption is linked to lissencephaly and schizophrenia. The anti-NDEL1 antibody (ND955) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
