Rabbit Anti-NFKBIE Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC803) (CAT#: VS13-YC803)
The Rabbit Anti-NFKBIE Recombinant Antibody is specific for human NFKBIE. NFKBIE binds NF-kappa-B components, preventing gene activation in the nucleus; phosphorylation targets it for degradation, thus activating NF-kappa-B. This regulation supports proper immune response activation. The anti-NFKBIE antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunoprecipitation (1/20).
