Rat Anti-NIPBL Recombinant Antibody (NI739)

The anti-NIPBL recombinant antibody (NI739) reacts with human NIPBL. NIPBL is the principal factor responsible for loading the Cohesin complex onto DNA. Cohesin organizes the 3D genome and mediates sister chromatid cohesion. NIPBL signaling is vital for regulating enhancer-promoter loops. Mutations in NIPBL cause Cornelia de Lange Syndrome, characterized by severe developmental delay and limb malformations. The anti-NIPBL antibody (NI739) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
