The product is a recombinant rabbit antibody that recognizes NKX2-1 (NK2 homeobox 1), which activates the transcription of GNRHR and plays a role in enhancing the circadian oscillation of its gene expression. It is capable of binding to human, mouse and rat NKX2-1. It has been used in a variety of applications, such as Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence.
