This R09-1H7 recombinant monoclonal antibody is specifically designed to target human NKX2-1. It cross-reacts with hamster. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, ICC/IF. The antibody has the positive detection of thyroid transcription factor 1 protein by western blot analysis of TSG101 in K562 lysates and immunocytochemistry analysis of thyroid transcription factor 1 (green) in K562 using thyroid transcription factor 1 antibody.

  • May play a role in lung development and surfactant homeostasis. Forms a regulatory loop with GRHL2 that coordinates lung epithelial cell morphogenesis and differentiation. Activates the transcription of GNRHR and plays a role in enhancing the circadian oscillation of its gene expression.

Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression
Distinct Nuclear Staining
We used clone R09-1H7 for immunofluorescence staining of K562 cells. It produced distinct nuclear staining, consistent with the localization of the transcription factor. The antibody is affinity purified and provided a strong signal at a 1:100 dilution, making it very efficient for our imaging.

Excellent Western Blot
This recombinant rabbit antibody worked perfectly in Western blot, detecting the target protein in cell lysates. We observed the expected band at approximately 39 kDa. Its ability to cross-react with hamster samples is also a beneficial feature for our specific animal model studies.
