The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-NLRP3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat NLRP3. NLRP3 encodes a pyrin-like protein part of the NALP3 inflammasome, involved in innate immunity and inflammatory responses. Mutations relate to conditions like FCAS and MWS, with splicing variants diversifying its function. The anti-NLRP3 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
