NME1 encodes nucleoside diphosphate kinase contributing to nucleoside triphosphate synthesis, affecting metastasis in tumors like neuroblastomas, with splice variants and NME2 fusion transcripts noted. The anti-NME1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000).
