Excellent For Metastasis Research
We used this antibody to study NME1 expression in metastatic cell lines. It worked effectively in Western Blot, IF, and Flow Cytometry. The antibody is specific for the nucleoside diphosphate kinase 1 and helped us correlate expression levels with metastatic potential.
Specific And Sensitive
The peptide affinity purification of this rabbit polyclonal antibody ensures high specificity. We observed very low background in our immunofluorescence assays. It is a robust tool for investigating the tumor metastasis suppressor functions of the NM23 protein.
