The Rabbit Anti-NME3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human NME3. NME3 primarily synthesizes nucleoside triphosphates, potentially inhibiting granulocyte differentiation and inducing apoptosis, impacting hematopoietic function. The anti-NME3 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunoprecipitation (1/20).

- Function
- The ATP gamma phosphate is transferred to the nucleoside diphosphate beta phosphate via a ping-pong mechanism, using a phosphorylated active-site intermediate. Through the catalyzed exchange of gamma-phosphate between di- and triphosphonucleosides participates in regulation of intracellular nucleotide homeostasis.
Inhibits granulocyte differentiation.
May be required for ciliary function during renal development (By similarity).
