The western blot analysis of NME3 in A549, HL-60 lysates using this rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody, which demonstrates binding to human NME3. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-P, IP. The R03-3H6 is recommended for dilution of target protein by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20).

- The ATP gamma phosphate is transferred to the nucleoside diphosphate beta phosphate via a ping-pong mechanism, using a phosphorylated active-site intermediate. Through the catalyzed exchange of gamma-phosphate between di- and triphosphonucleosides participates in regulation of intracellular nucleotide homeostasis.
