All experiments were performed in 5 mM sodium phosphate buffer, 200 mM sodium chloride, pH 8.0, at the experimental temperature. The solid lines were obtained from a linear least-squares regression. ∆Cp was calculated from the slope of the regression line of ∆H (○).
