Mouse Anti-NSMCE1 Recombinant Antibody (NS843)

The anti-NSMCE1 recombinant antibody (NS843) reacts with human NSMCE1. NSMCE1 is a RING-finger protein and a core subunit of the SMC5-SMC6 complex. It functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase. This complex is essential for the structural maintenance of chromosomes, particularly during the repair of collapsed replication forks and the resolution of recombination intermediates, ensuring faithful DNA segregation. The anti-NSMCE1 antibody (NS843) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
