Mouse Anti-OLIG2 Recombinant Antibody (OL645)

The anti-OLIG2 recombinant antibody (OL645) reacts with human, mouse and rat OLIG2. OLIG2 is a bHLH transcription factor essential for the development of oligodendrocytes and motor neurons in the spinal cord. It regulates the specification of glial progenitors. OLIG2 is a hallmark marker for gliomas and is required for the maintenance of glioma stem cells, making it a critical player in brain tumor progression and resistance. The anti-OLIG2 antibody (OL645) has been tested in Western Blot (WB).
