The anti-P2RY14 recombinant antibody (P2678) reacts with human P2RY14. P2Y14 is a GPCR that specifically responds to UDP-glucose and other sugar nucleotides. It is highly expressed in the immune system and renal tubules. P2Y14 signaling acts as a sensor for tissue injury, triggering the recruitment of neutrophils and the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines in response to extracellular sugar nucleotides. The anti-P2RY14 antibody (P2678) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
