This product is an anti-P2RY4 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human P2RY4. P2Y4 is a Gq-coupled receptor that shows high preference for UTP. It is involved in the regulation of ion transport in intestinal and cardiac tissues. P2Y4 signaling has been implicated in the response to cardiac injury and the modulation of epithelial secretion, contributing to the maintenance of mucosal homeostasis. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC504 and VS-0326-YC505, directed against P2RY4 were used for in vitro assays including Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
