This anti-PDK4 product is a mouse recombinant monoclonal antibody. It has been specifically designed to target the human, mouse, rat PDK4 protein, a calculated molecular weight of the protein is about 46.5 kDa. The monoclonal antibody can be used in the area of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Rhabdomyosarcoma. This monoclonal antibody is suitable for employment in Western Blot (1/500-1/1000).

- Inhibition of pyruvate dehydrogenase decreases glucose utilization and increases fat metabolism in response to prolonged fasting and starvation.
