Mouse Anti-PDZRN4 Recombinant Antibody (PD756)

The anti-PDZRN4 recombinant antibody (PD756) reacts with human PDZRN4. PDZRN4 (also known as SAMCAP) is a protein containing both a PDZ domain and a RING-finger motif, suggesting a role as an E3 ubiquitin ligase and a molecular scaffold. Although less characterized, it is thought to regulate the stability and trafficking of transmembrane receptors. PDZRN4 signaling has been identified as being frequently downregulated in several cancers, suggesting it may function as a putative tumor suppressor. The anti-PDZRN4 antibody (PD756) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
