The anti-PELI3 recombinant antibody (PE810) reacts with human PELI3. PELI3 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase involved in the Toll-like receptor (TLR) and IL-1 signaling pathways. It mediates the ubiquitination of IRAK1 and RIPK1, facilitating the activation of the NF-κB and IRF3 pathways. PELI3 signaling is a critical regulator of the innate antiviral response and pro-inflammatory cytokine production, helping to fine-tune the intensity of the immune response to pathogens. The anti-PELI3 antibody (PE810) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
