Rabbit Anti-PF4 Recombinant Antibody (clone R02-1E3) (CAT#: VS3-FY2063)
Clone R02-1E3 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that specifically directed against human PF4. It cross-reacts with rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-P, IP. This PF4 antibody was used in western blot analysis of PF4 in rat spleen lysates and western blot analysis of PF4 in A549, HL-60 lysates.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Released during platelet aggregation. Neutralizes the anticoagulant effect of heparin because it binds more strongly to heparin than to the chondroitin-4-sulfate chains of the carrier molecule. Chemotactic for neutrophils and monocytes. Inhibits endothelial cell proliferation, the short form is a more potent inhibitor than the longer form.
