Recombinant Anti-PfRH5 Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv

The Recombinant Anti-PfRH5 Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv is a biparatopic antibody (bpAb) designed to bind two distinct epitopes of PfRH5. This bpAb incorporates tandem scFv arms that simultaneously bind with high affinity to the N-terminus of helix 2 of PfRH5 and the tip of its "kite-like" structure. This latter region directly contacts the N-terminus of helix 4 and each of the three loops linking the converging helices at this apex of PfRH5.
