Recombinant Anti-PGF Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (C9.V2 var.)

The anti-PGF eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human and mouse PGF. PGF is a growth factor similar to VEGF, critical for placental development. The antibody has a novel PGF-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble PGF from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
