Mouse Anti-PJA1 Recombinant Antibody (PJ826)

The anti-PJA1 recombinant antibody (PJ826) reacts with human PJA1. PJA1 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase characterized by a C-terminal RING finger domain. It is highly expressed in the brain and targets specific substrates, such as the MAGI-2 protein and various transcription factors, for proteasomal degradation. PJA1 signaling is implicated in synapse development and neurogenesis. The anti-PJA1 antibody (PJ826) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
