Mouse Anti-PKD2 Recombinant Antibody (PK652)

The anti-PKD2 recombinant antibody (PK652) reacts with human and murine PKD2. PKD2 (TRPP2) is a calcium-permeable non-selective cation channel of the TRP superfamily. It acts as the pore-forming subunit in the PKD1/PKD2 complex. PKD2 signaling is essential for ciliary calcium signaling and left-right symmetry during development; its dysfunction contributes significantly to the formation of renal cysts. The anti-PKD2 antibody (PK652) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
