This product is a recombinant rabbit antibody binding to PPP3CA (Protein phosphatase 3 catalytic subunit alpha), which positively regulates osteoclast differentiation, potentially via NFATC1 signaling. PPP3CA may play a role in skeletal muscle fiber type specification, potentially via NFATC1 signaling. This antibody specifically reacts with human, mouse and rat PPP3CA. It has been detected by Western Blot, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence.
