This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated PRKCA. The target of this antibody is phospho-PRKCA (Ser657). The clone R05-8I3 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/50-1/100. The molecular weight of PRKCA (pSer657) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 80 kDa.
