Mouse Anti-PROCR Recombinant Antibody (PR1067)

The anti-PROCR recombinant antibody (PR1067) reacts with human PROCR. PROCR (EPCR) is a transmembrane receptor on endothelial cells that binds protein C. It facilitates the activation of protein C by the thrombin-thrombomodulin complex. PROCR signaling exerts potent anti-coagulant, anti-inflammatory, and cytoprotective effects via the activation of PAR-1, protecting the vascular barrier. The anti-PROCR antibody (PR1067) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA).
