Strong Neutralization Activity
Clone 1560 is an excellent neutralizing antibody for Mouse EPCR. We utilized it in functional studies to inhibit the protein C pathway, and the results were significant. It also worked well in flow cytometry, binding specifically to the receptor on the cell surface.
Specific For Mouse EPCR
We confirmed the specificity of this rat monoclonal antibody for Mouse EPCR in our immunohistochemistry assays. It provided clean staining. The affinity chromatography purification ensures a high purity product (>95%), which is critical for the reliability of our coagulation control research.
